MY STORY
The Life of Perseverance
As a child, I grew up battling the effects of a traumatic brain injury. Little did I know that I would come so far from it and be an aspiring journalist and content creator for different brands, businesses, and companies.

My college career started at the Community College of Vermont to obtain my associate's degree in Liberal Studies. After graduation, my college career continued at Castleton University where I solidified my passion for media and journalism.

My time at Castleton was spent working on the student newspaper, The Castleton Spartan, and working in the Marketing & Communication Department at Castleton. I devoted some of my time to the Student Government Association as a general member of their Campus Activities Board, as well as their Congress Branch, where I served as treasurer.

Most recently, I have been working as a full-time reporter with The Post-Star in Glens Falls, NY. The position has brought along many different life lessons as well as built my writing skills.

I aspire to make changes through my writing, photography, and digital content. I strive not only to make a change, but I want to better the world through my work.
